What would be the best way to have a call for attention for chat messages? For example,to highlight a particular message on a conversation.

@pedronveloso I think a good way would be to probably use the ‘data’ or ‘custom_type’ field on the message object to denote that it is special or should be highlighted. I think both of these could be used to for your purpose.
