Hello, I am wondering how the “deactivate user” function works on Sendbird
I tried deactivating an app user (linked to my organization user) on the website and then attempted to access the application using that deactivated user, who was previously blocked. Here’s what I observed:
- On the Dashboard: A toast message appears indicating that the user has been deactivated. However, the user can still remove/rename the app and access all functions of the associated application.
- On the Call Sample App: The deactivated user is not allowed to log in to the Call App.
Could you please explain why deactivated users are not restricted from accessing the application on the Dashboard website?
