Issue with Email Change and Social Login

Hello,

  1. Company Rebranding: Our organization recently underwent a rebranding, changing our email domain from @domain to @domain1.ch.
  2. Email Change in Google Workspace: My primary Google account email address has been updated in line with this change.
  3. Issue with Social Login: When I try to log in using my previous email (elvis@domain.ch), I receive a notification stating, “elvis@domain.ch is registered via Social Login. Please sign in with your Social Account.” However, attempting to use Social Login prompts me to create a new account.
  4. Access to Old Domain Email: I still have access to my old domain email (elvis@domain.ch), as it’s currently rerouted, but my primary Google account email address has been changed to the new domain.

This situation is causing access difficulties, and I urgently need it resolved to continue my work effectively.

Can you please assist in resolving this problem as soon as possible?
