Not able to receive APNS Device token for iOS 13 and above

I am using Sendbird Call SDK, but not able to receive APNS Device token in my code. I have visited your https://help.sendbird.com/s/article/Why-am-I-not-receiving-push-notifications link but the link mentioned at point 6 is not opening.

Thanks for your reply. I read that links. But, I am not getting APNS Device token for iOS 13 and above can you suggest how to get that.
