Push Notification iOS Modify Content

Hi guys, may I know is there any way to modify the notification content by NotificationServiceExtension? This is because I just realised the push notification does not contain “mutable-content” from the notification content, is this the issue due to can’t modify the content?

Mutable content is configurable on dashboard

Do you have the guideline or can you guide me to configure the mutable content for ios? I can’t find it from the dashboard.

The option is available when you upload apns certificate on Notification setting.
