I have trained bot on my site…where there is no information on a porpoise. If ask the bot whats a porpoise, instead of saying its not in the KB it answers. How do I stop that from happening?

To prevent the bot from answering questions that are not in the knowledge base, you can configure the bot to only respond to specific keywords or phrases that are within the scope of the knowledge base.
By setting up content sources and configuring the bot to only search within those sources, you can ensure that the bot only provides accurate and relevant information.
Additionally, you can also train the bot to respond with a default message when it encounters a question that it cannot answer.
