Auto-deletion policy setting

[Problem/Question]

I would like to check the document on setting the auto-deletion policy. I couldn’t find it in channel management in the platform API. We plan to use the Enterprise plan starting in November. If there are no messages or activity in a chat room for 6 months, will the chat room disappear?

Welcome to the Sendbird community!

Please note that Sendbird removes empty channels by default meaning if there are no users in the channel then the channel would be removed.

We have an internal application attribute setting which we can enable and after then you should be able to keep the empty channels.

If you wish you enable this setting then please do reach out to the Sendbird support team via Dashboard.
