Desk not Working

When attempting to use the SDK, the auth request to

https://desk-api-{MY_APP_ID}.sendbird.com/sapi/customers/auth/ just fails.

Is Desk still an active and supported product?

If anyone else stumbles upon this you’ll need to reach out to sales.

If you can access ticket tab on the dashboard, your app is available.
If your app is off, please contact sales.

I’m having the same issue, is there any workaround? Or I have to contact sales to have that tab in my dashboard?
