Getting 500901 (internal error) error on API request

Hi, I’m running:

curl “https://[my-api].sendbird.com/v3/users?limit=100&show_bot=false”
-H ‘Api-Token: [my-token]’

and I get the following response:
{“error”:true,“message”:“"GET User List" failed.”,“code”:500901}
