How to change Ticket status?

Hey there!

I’m wondering if there’s a way to change a ticket’s status to “active” without having to send an initial message.

Basically, I want to create a ticket and make it “active” right away, without needing to send any messages. Is this possible?

Right now, I’m stuck because it seems like you can only change the ticket’s status if it’s already “active” or “idle.” Any insights on this?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the status of the ticket to ‘active’ until an initial message is sent.
