How to do it (disable custom actions and hide user data)

I’m looking for features:

  1. Disabling or not showing custom actions for specific user?
  2. Hiding user data for specific user. For example, I have a chat with two persons: A and B. I want to achieve that person A can see person B name but person B cannot see person A name.
    Is it achievable with Sendbird?
