This issue is happening at a rare rate in our IOS chat UIKit (v2.1.4). It is rare and hard to reproduce, so we have no clue what is wrong. We think it might be a UIKit bug.
Please refer to these 2 screenshots from our bug reports. One chat user can see the right NickName but the other user only saw (No name) in the chat UI, at the same time.
We checked Nick Name in dashboard.sendbird.com, the affected user is having the right/complete nick name.
Appreciate if you could help investigate this issue for us as soon as possible, as this is so annoying for user chat experiences.
