SendBird Region support for Canada

We are working to integrate with SendBird and we are located in Canada. Some of our initial customers require that we ensure all electronically gather data to be stored in Canadian data centres.

Will you be adding support for AWS Canada?

If not, can you suggest any alternate solution(s)?

Choose from 8 global regions - Oregon (USA), North Virginia (USA), Frankfurt (Germany), Mumbai (India), Seoul (South Korea), Singapore, Tokyo (Japan), and Sydney (Australia)

Hi @Sven,

We do not currently have regions setup in Canada. For most, utilizing Oregon works. That being said, since you have requirements that data be stored in Canada, that doesn’t work for you. You may be able to work with our Sales team to have something setup in Canada but I can’t guarantee that it would be a possibility.
