Some of our desk agents have an issue while typing in the text field


In a support ticket, our agent noticed an unusual issue occurring on various devices (two separate Windows machines). When the agent tries to type in the text field, the cursor unexpectedly jumps to the beginning of the line, making it nearly impossible to respond to our customers.
