Weekly knowledge auto-update - URLs timing and can this be done manually?

While in the trial version, I know this feature is not available.

  1. If I purchase the Pro Version can I specify the day the URL Update?

  2. How do I get a page updated immediately if important data is changed? Can we do an immediate rescan of the URL if manually done without the auto-update? I don’t necessarily need to have the process automated, but it would like current information to be shown should pricing change day to day.

I have confirmed this with Product.

  1. You are eligible for the automatic URL weekly update as a paying Pro user. Once you sign up, please let the team know (issue a support ticket) and we would be happy to assist you further!

  2. Currently, you will need to remove the old URL and redo the URL crawl from the beginning. We have a revamped knowledge management in Ai Chatbot coming up where you will press a button for manual sync.
