The maximum file size limit depends on your plan starting from 25 MB.
The files stored in SendBird servers are kept temporarily and it is kept as same duration as messages, which has default value of 6 months. Message retention can be extended in a contract.
If you use host files on your own servers, and provide a direct link to these files, then naturally there is no size limit.
