[Problem/Question]
Hi, when we start a proactive chat with from sendbird we want to be able to notify the user in our app who is sending them a message. Either the agents name who starts the Proactive chat or the Team the chat is assigned to. Both that data should be available but is not included in the package that gets send to the app. How can we include that information in the package so we can display the right info in our app?
