I am an admin on Sendbird and a user on my app. While on Sendbird’s desktop admin page, I can see messages that I sent on my app to other users, but if I try to reply to them on the desktop, I respond as a moderator. Is there a way to respond as my user?

Sending a message via the dashboard as a user, is only available in Open Channels. Group channels currently supports Admin Messages only.
Following back up on this post, I was incorrect when saying that the Group Channels does not support User Messages. In order to send User Messages to a group channel from the dashboard, you must associate a Dashboard Admin to a chat user. This way when you chat, it will send the message as the user.
To do this, you can navigate to your Application within the Dashboard > Users > Select the user you wish to chat as, and associate them to an organization member.
