Openning Group Chats

Why can’t I enter to the group chat as an admin? How do I create a moderator, you don’t have any instructions or ways to create one

If you look in the upper right corner of the Dashboard while on this screen, you’ll see an option to create a moderator.

We use our company account where I have an admin role and I don’t have that option.

But when I created my own account and I had a role owner this option becomes available. Do I understand correctly that users with admin role can’t assign moderators?

Depending on your company’s subscription, you may not have this feature as part of your plan. If you do have it as part of your subscription, you can go to Application > Settings > Features and enable the Moderation Dashboard feature.
