Cannot access Dashboard "Free Trial couldn't be activated"

Since January my team can’t access any features in Sendbird Dashboard.
The error is as attached in the following screenshot.

My organization is using paid service and I checked with Finance team that there are no pending billing.
Please help me, this is blocking our business process.

I contacted CS 2 days ago but haven’t got any response yet besides the autoreply.
