Can't add a member to a team?

I can’t seem to add a member/agent to a team? They don’t show up in the list?

Hi @KyleB, go to settings->Teams-Edit to add members/agents to a team.

Thanks @nleitman - so I see that, but I am getting no results when trying to add one of my members.

I have a member called “Emilie@…” and when I try to look Emilie up / Add in Teams - nothing shows up!

Currently, users can be either Admins or Agents but not both.

Only Agent roles can be added to teams.
