[Problem/Question]
We have an app where multiple users can use the same sendbird user.
We have a feature with search channel by nickname.
Search channel by nickname works for most of our users, but one reports an issue where a channel doesn’t show up. This channel shows up for other users accessing the same sendbird account.
This seems very strange, is there any reason this could happen?
