How do I change the agent level on Sendbird Desk?

I am trying to find where I can set the agent level, can’t seem to find where it is in any logical place

Hi @avirevivo, Welcome to the Sendbird Community!

You can level your agents in the Level column on the Agents page(Desk → Agents → Level) from the dashboard.
