According to our plan, there is 20k limit on the amount of users in a open chat channel. Are there any suggested solutions to dynamically scale if we run into this issue? As I understand, server will give some error in this scenario.
The total number of users who can join an open channel is based on your plan and it’s easily scalable. For paid plans, the maximum number of participants supported is 60,000 by default and if needed it can be scaled even further.
