Sendbird Desk Platform API

@david_chanin It looks like there may be platform API for Desk.

Something similar was asked here:

https://docs.sendbird.com/platform lists Chat and Calls in the lefthand pane, but not Desk. I’ve found SDK’s for various languages on GitHub and elsewhere (JavaScript, Swift, etc.) but since I’m using Ruby, I’ll need to use the API directly. I tried finding the URL’s I need to POST to to create a ticket in the JavaScript SDK, but they’re not exposed there. Thank you.

It looks like @Jason was able to send out the documentation for that. Maybe they can help you as well.
