Where is the SendBird Desk API documentation?

https://docs.sendbird.com/platform lists Chat and Calls in the lefthand pane, but not Desk.

I’ve found SDK’s for various languages on GitHub and elsewhere (JavaScript, Swift, etc.) but since I’m using Ruby, I’ll need to use the API directly.

I tried finding the URL’s I need to POST to to create a ticket in the JavaScript SDK, but they’re not exposed there.

Can I also get those docs? I’m trying to use SendBird Desk through the JavaScript SDK, but I think there is a bug or something, so I would like to try with the API.
