Access to operational data via Desk's Platform SDK

Hi there,

Does Sendbird’s Desk Platform SDK allow exporting operational data - related to ticket events, messages, agents, and teams - to external systems like a Data Warehouse or a Data Lake? The goal would be to have all the required Desk data to emulate the Reports or Monitoring dashboards on our systems (and cross that with internal data).

I’ve checked the Desk Platform’s API docs and could not exactly understand whether setting up this continuous export is possible. Thanks!

We do not provide Data Export API for Desk at the moment.
You should go to the Desk → reports page and then request the Data export manually.

Thanks for clarifying. Is exporting Sendbird Desk’s operational data via the API on the roadmap? This would be really important for proper analytics of helpdesk systems.
