Why is my dashboard invitation link not working?

An organization administrator can invite his/her team members to this organization but, not all of the users are able to login to Sendbird Dashboard

This problem usually occurs when the user enters the dashboard with Sign Up instead of an invitation link. Without an invitation, the user can’t join the organization because of security reasons and they will create a different organization by signing up on the dashboard.

In that case, please ask the user to login to the account again then delete the account following steps:

  1. Have the user login into Sendbird Dashboard and go to Account Setting > Security (Dashboard | Sendbird 13)
  2. Have the user deletes his/her account
  3. Organization Owner/Admin can now invite the user into the organization.
  4. Have the user accept the invitation

Note: The invitation link is valid for only two days and if the recipient inbox is full, the email gets bounced back.
